Stage 1 is just a case study form which can be filled online or with the help of a counselor. There is no emotional sharing in stage 1.

In stage 1, Counselor never speaks but only the patient gives more information based on standard questionnaire. Counselor does best to gather as much information as possible from the patient / client.

Even in stage 2, Counselor never speaks. He/she only collects information using standard Inventories to assess the level of stress, depression, anxiety, self esteem, anger, mental health. Actual assessment of stage 2 is done only in stage 3 by experts.

In fact all 6 stages except 4 prepares the client before and after counseling.

This will be recorded by the patient in a Standard format which will be submitted to the Counselor every month in person / by post / by email.

The above 8 stages are to be completed within 7 days.
